The St. Maarten Cottage is situated at Oyster Pond and is a part of the Estate of Chateau Jeca. This fully gated estate, offers solitude and exquisiteness designed after an old West Indian cottage. St. Maarten Cottage which is styled in every detail includes cedar shingle roof, lap board siding, and traditional wood shutters highlighted in Caribbean colors. The St. Maarten Cottage is also just seconds away from Dawn Beach, and a few minutes away from St. Maarten’s nude beach, the Orient Beach on the French side.
The interior of the St. Maarten Cottage is modeled using custom mahogany cabinets, floors beautifully accented by tiles, and hard wood ceilings. The cottage’s old traditional style is just one of its superb features; it contains however, a modern kitchen with micro wave, cook top, and wall oven. The whole cottage is air-conditioned and has a fully stocked bar, stereo, and cable presented for all visitors. The bathroom is constructed into the hillside with exposed rock and features a double sink and self contained shower.
Amenities of the St. Maarten Cottage include sculptured pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Anguilla, and Oyster Pond. Three private terraces allows total relaxation for guests and plenty of time to wander in the lush gardens using one of the many stone paths, or stop to feed a full grown Macaw called Pablo or chat with the African Grey named Tina or be greeted everyday by two Pomerians, Chica and Annie.
St. Maarten Cottage amenities features one queen bed two sleeps, one bath, linens and towels provided, air conditioning, CD player and stereo/tape player, bottled water, microwave and coffee maker, personal outdoor Jacuzzi, telephone, color cable TV/VCR, pool and garden, full kitchen and refrigerator, personal maid, living room, private sun deck, private balcony, garden, airport pick-up, and parking.
Season rental rates of the cottage which includes all taxes is US $1250 per week from December 1st to April 30th, and off season rental rates which also includes taxes is US$975 per week and also still includes all amenities listed plus a bottle of French Champagne and fresh flowers for honeymooners, couples, or second honeymooners. All taxes and gratuities are included as well.
